# 11644630 this is the reference number to the representative I spoke with. I am attaching the latest letter I have received stating our tires was recalled. This letter attached was received on February 25, 2025.
Tire size: 35x12. 5r18 I bought these tires off amazon and I was notified in December they was recalled. I have been dealing with the seller along the way and the manufacturer. The manufacturer asked me to grind the emblem off the tire to make them meet the standards of the recall. I refused to do so. I contacted amazon to get a refund and the seller will not issue a refund. Can you help me please?.
