Two problems related to mid/rear seats assembly have been reported for the 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front passenger seat release handle separated from cable. Seat will only maintain the slid forward position it would be in for allowing access to back seats.
Tl- the contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that upon using the seat lever to place items in the back seat, the lever broke and the contact was unable to adjust the seat. As the contact later attempted to use the lever on the driver side, the same failure occurred on the driver seat as well. The contact spoke with a dealer swope Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram 1012 n dixie hwy, elizabethtown, ky 42701 where they informed that contact that they were aware of the potential failure; however, they do not have the parts to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to NHTSA. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was 200. Jo.
