I am the owner of a 2023 Jeep Wrangler that is currently affected by an active safety recall. I was informed by my dealership that there is no available remedy and that a repair may not be available for approximately two to three months. I am concerned about being expected to continue operating a vehicle that has been identified as having a safety-related defect while no corrective action is available. As a consumer, I believe it is unreasonable to issue a safety recall without providing owners with a timely solution or adequate support during the waiting period. This situation creates additional hardship because I have ongoing medical conditions that require regular healthcare appointments and reliable transportation. I am also planning a long-distance move to access better healthcare services, and I am concerned about the safety and reliability of driving a vehicle that is subject to an unresolved recall.
