general problems of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler

Tire flattened after tread wore through the tread and hole created from chunking. Tire size: 255-75-r17. At about 16,500 miles the tire began to show steel belt wires from the sides and developed a slow leak. Measured tread was less than 2/32”. I submitted a claim to nexen and it was denied.

Tire tread worn to less than 2/32” within 16,500 miles claim denied by nexen the tread showed excessive chunking amd tread wear, even though vehicle was only used on paved and dirt roads.

All four nexen tires failed within 16,500 miles during normal use on dirt and paved roads. I have submitted claims to nexen for four ties on my vehicle which wore to less than 2/32” tread in less than 17,000 miles creating unsafe conditions and one slow leak. Nexen has denied all claims for redress .

All 5 tires dry rotting at tread vehicle has 20k miles and is a 2024 model year drivers rear blew out while driving.
