Child Seat problem #1

The contact owns a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. The contact received multiple recall notices on his vehicle regarding NHTSA campaign id number 00v366000 (child seat). Each time the notice was received, he went to the dealer and they refused to give him the required owner's manual addendum. He called the manufacturer on numerous occasions, but they refused to send him the copy that they were supposed to provide. The owner's manual explains how to properly install the anchorage system in the vehicle. Since the contact's grandchild rides in the vehicle often, he believes it is very important to get the manual. There had been no failure to date. The current mileage was 7,000.
