Tl the contact owns a 2017 kia Forte. The contact stated that the vehicle did not pass state inspection because the rear passenger side tail light was out. The contact stated that the light bulb was replaced on August 13, 2019 by an independent mechanic. The contact also mentioned that the headlights failed to operate at least fifteen times since the vehicle was purchased on November 18, 2017.
