On November 12,2018 I was on the highway doing 65 mph when I was rear ended by a hit and run driver that seemed to be doing full speed, and I say that because I never heard any screeching brakes behind me. The impact totaled my car, with the majority of the damage to the trunk. The impact made my car spin around and at some point my front bumper hit something, but no airbags were deployed whatsoever. My seat belt was still locked in place, but somehow my seat reclined back just enough for me to be dislodged from the drivers seat and end up in the back seat, resulting in a broken vertebrae in my neck. Why did not one airbag go off and why did my seat belt not hold me in place?.

The car has a design flaw that allows rain to soak the seats, seat belts, and entire truck creating black mold in the spare tire compartment, mold in side the car on the seats and seat belts. The car does not have to be moving in order for the rain to enter the car. I have had my car detailed multiple times along with cleaning the mold out of the car myself. Since owning the car since 2014 I have stayed sick and I only found out last month how my seats were getting soaked. The entire backseat and trunk need to be replaced from the mold and rust from the leak. Attached are photos of the back seat after a rain.

Rain water is entering trunk/spare tire compartment area. Causing puddling and rear seat water damage.
Water is leaking into my car when it rains. What I have inspected, it is the weather strip. Water it going into the frame under my trunk lining and under my back seats. Mold has grown in my trunk.
Vehicle was involved in a random shooting causing the vehicle to have driver side door panel, window, seat, and side view mirror song with driver side back seat windows. Also public service announcement of recall for 2014 kia Forte heating,air systems under the hood car does not blow out of all vents.
