While the vehicle was parked, the contact became aware of a bubble in the sidewall of the front passenger and rear driver side tires. The vehicle was taken to five star tires on meridian road in youngstown, ohio to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that there was nothing abnormal with the tires and that there was no sign of road damage. The tires were not replaced. The manufacturer was notified and offered no assistance. The vehicle failure mileage was 22,000 and the tire failure mileage was 22,310.
