Retractor does not work properly. Consumer is not able to buckle herself. Contacted dealer, and dealer still has not ordered the part that they said would have been there a few weeks ago.
Seat belt jammed after use of lap and shoulder by a 41 pound child . Seat belt is broken from normal use will not slide back into position. Poses a great danger to backseat passengers especially children.
