general problems of the 2010 Kia Motor RIO

The contact owns a 2010 kia Rio. The contact stated that while the son was driving approximately 55 mph the vehicle crashed head on into a guard rail. During the crash the frontend of the vehicle was severely damaged but no airbags were deployed. No injuries were reported but the contact was concern that the air bags did not deploy to provide protection to the driver and front seat passenger. A police report was taken at the scene. The vehicle was destroyed and towed away. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not notified of the incident. The failure mileage was 140,000.

My 20 year old brother was on his way home and lost control on black ice trying to avoid a dog. He began to swerve and spun out, resulting in a single flip into a ditch.
