Consumer called complaining about having problem with wipers not working properly when the weather is below zero. Please provide further information. Ts.
When using windshield wipers they cut into the windshield while in use. Cut was in the shape of the windshield wiper arc. Contacted dealer, and t dealer stated that a rock did the damage.
