Seat Belt problem #1

The driver's side seat buckle fell off. The two wire cables holding the buckle broke while the vehicle was not moving.

The contact owns a 2005 kia Sedona. The contact stated that while driving 60 mph, she applied the brakes and another vehicle crashed into the rear of her vehicle. The contact's head was thrown into the steering wheel as both the seat belt and the air bags failed. The contact sustained injuries to the eye, shoulders, wrists, and her right calf. The contact also suffered from intervals of dizziness as a result. The vehicle was towed to a dealer and the contact was awaiting diagnosis of the seat belt and air bag failure. Seat belt buckle fell off. The cable that secures the belt buckle to the seat was severed in half. The whole buckle just came off in my hand.
