In motion. The brakes became more and more spongy. Upon inspection I found the studs that hold the master brake cylinder to the booster, one was broken off and the other had a loose nut.
The contact owns a 2005 kia Sedona. While driving 5 mph the front brakes would squeak and grind. The dealer stated there was no failure with the brakes, however; the brakes were replaced. The brakes operated normal after being replaced but the failure returned after two months. The VIN, engine size and cylinders were unknown. The failure mileage was 2,500. The current mileage was 30,000.
