The consumer had the vehicle towed to aaa, and they replaced one of the tires and placed the spare on the vehicle. There where no injuries in this accident. Also, one of the tires in the accident looked as if someone had taken a knife and cut the tire. The cut was so clean that the dealership refused to repair the tire or the rim. The consumer had to buy a new tire and rim. On 8-18-05 the van was taken back to kia,. The consumer was given a rental car. The consumer had gotten the vehicle back on August 28, 2005. On 8-19-05 the consumer received a recall letter concerning the gas pedal and braking problems. (11/30/05) the emission light had come on and smoke was seen coming from under the vehicle, there was a loud ticking sound heard when turning the steering and a coil was repaired as a result, the grease seal leaked and there was a hesitation when the vehicle kicked into gear.
