The contact owns a 2016 kia Sedona. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle failed to accelerate with an abnormal sound coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the engine mounts failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
