One problem related to blower has been reported for the 1997 Kia Motor Sephia. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Dashboard warped and coming up and touching windshield. It is breaking or blocking the vent/defroster/defogger system. Therefore the windows barely defrost and this is a safety hazard. I know of two other people having the same problem with the dashboard. Also "door open" light remains on and drains battery.
