Windshield Wiper/washer Linkages Problems of Kia Motor Sephia

Car needs front axles. Also, motor mounts were replaced along with flywheel and fuel pump. In addition, consumer just received a recall notice 99v271/ winshield wiper linkage. Car is 1 year old and has 26000 miles, owner has already experienced many problems with it.

Recalls 99v271 000/windshield wiper linkage and 99v318 000/engine stalling. Both recall notices were received by consumer, and was unable to get dealer to honor recalls. Was informed by dealer that they were placed on a waiting list, and will be contacted when their names come up. Contacted dealer on several other occasions, and now they misplaced the list. Seeking help from NHTSA in this matter.

Dealer refuses to perform recall repair (99v-271) of the windshield wiper because consumer installed after market blades. Nlm.

Windshield wipers failed.

Recalled windshield wiper repair completed however consumer feels they still don't operate properly. Nlm.

Vehicle recall repair denied due to problem with dealership/scheduling. (99v-317/318 and 99v-271).

Received recall notice 99v271000/windshield wiper linkage pivot drive. Contacted dealership for appointment. Was informed no parts were available. Would call when parts were in.
