Driver side headlamp went out. Went to replace and saw connector for for bultb melted/broken. Read online this is a known issue with this vehicle. Decided to check rest of lights and see that high center tail light intermittently working with some bulbs/leds burned out.
The passenger headlight and tail light bulbs burn out quickly. The connector to the low beam headlight has melted and been replaced many times, even by the dealership. There is likely too much amperage and or power going to the passenger side of the vehicle, causing the issue and possibly due to a faulty wiring design.
One of my tail lights went out. Right after I changed it, my driver side head light went out. I changed the bulb and it worked for a short time. I did this 2 more times in 2 months. Then I had a repair shop change the bulb and they said the connector was melted and it was unsafe. They installed a new connector and bulb. Within 2 weeks the passenger side went out. The connector was also melted on that side. This went on with the tail lights and headlights for months. I finally had to get a new headlight assembly on the driver side. Within 2 weeks the passenger side went out again, and is still out at this time because the connector is melted and no one wants to fix it since it's a fire hazard.
