My door handle or door latch will not open from the outside on my drivers side door and also my left back door will not open from the outside or inside. It is dangerous for and my kids. Also, my headrest has fallen off. I have issues with my lights, they will not work for the interior.

The front seat head rests push the head way too far forward and actually hurt my neck/shoulders when driving. Manual says some models have fore-aft adjustable headrest. Unfortunately mine do not, as I found out well after I purchased the SUV. Did see same item in online discussions. My fix as suggested in online forum, was to turn the headrest around backwards. At least that prevented from the extreme head forward position, but also had to strap an additional cushion so that it was not too far back, as when you turn backwards it goes extremely far back. This is a known online issue and kia should supply a proper adjustable headrest as this would be a safety issue in an accident.

Middle row seat latches are stuck and the seats cannot be moved. No access to the third row because the latches are stuck. Also, one of the seats is stuck in a reclined position, which I believe is unsafe in case of an accident. Both of my young children's car seats are in that row. Apparently, it is a common issue with this make and model of vehicle. The latches are located next to the headrests on both seats.
When someone sits in the passenger seat the air bag light used to turn off, now when they sit in the seat the light stays on and the air bag is off and I have an air bag light on in my dash. Took the vehicle to my mechanic and his software shows a recall but kia says no recall on my vehicle. His software says restraints and safety system: recalls campaign - seat occupant classification system reflash. I feel this is a safety hazard if I was to get into an accident and someone was in the passenger seat and the air bag does not deploy.
