Battery Dead problems of the 2010 Kia Motor Soul

Tl- the contact owns a 2010 kia Soul. The contact stated that twice the wheels were locking and the vehicle stalled several times. The contact also mentioned that the battery failed after one year and when the vehicle was taken to the dealer they only offered to recharge the battery. A day later, the battery failed. The authorized dealer did not replace the battery and the contact had the battery replaced. The contact also received the repairs for NHTSA campaign id number: 10v388000 (electrical system) and the failure recurred. The contact indicated that the vehicle continued to stall and that the vehicle was taken to two different dealers who were not able to diagnose the failure correctly to repair the vehicle. The contact also had to make several appointments in which the dealers did not comply with while still experiencing the failures. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
