The contact owns a 2011 kia Soul equipped with hankook nexen p225/45/r13 tires, dot 8ej7. The contact stated that the vehicle was parked when he noticed that there was a large bubble on the sidewall of the front driver's side tire. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that the failure was due to the driving characteristics of the owner. The tire was replaced. The failure recurred approximately three months later on the front passenger tire. The vehicle was not taken to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 14,000.
