The contact owns a 2017 kia Soul. The contact stated that while parking the vehicle at 20 mph on an incline, the vehicle accelerated and impacted into a handicap ramp. Then the vehicle accelerated in reverse impacted into a bush covering a cement pole causing the vehicle to land at an incline. No lights illuminated. No injuries, a police report was obtained.
