Tl-the contact owns a 2019 kia Soul. The contact stated that the driver�s, the front passenger air bag and curtain air bags failed to deploy. The contact stated that a vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign and the contact was driving at 55 when the contact was unable to stop and the contact fron end crashed into the vehicle rear driver door and rear bumper. The contact driver's air bag, the front passenger air bag faile to deploy, the contact suffered injuries to the shoulders, righ elbow, right ribs, breast , back, chest neck, rear passenger drivers side suffrerd injuries to the back and neck, the passenger sitting in the midle rear suffered injuries to the knees and legs earnied. The contact stated that front passenger and rear right passenger to did not have injuries to report. The vehicle was towed to collison shop. The vehicle was not repair. A police report was filed.
