The contact owns a 2017 kia Soul. The contact stated that while parking the vehicle at 20 mph on an incline, the vehicle accelerated and impacted into a handicap ramp. Then the vehicle accelerated in reverse impacted into a bush covering a cement pole causing the vehicle to land at an incline. No lights illuminated. No injuries, a police report was obtained. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacture was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 12,114.
