I have a kia Spectra LS VIN [xxx] with optional alloy wheels package. The problem is I have lost 2 center hub caps on these wheels. I am pretty convinced that they are not being stolen and I do not recall rough driving on either occasion. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S.
