Three problems related to windshield wiper/washer motor have been reported for the 1997 Kia Motor Sportage. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield washer motor failed. Nlm.
Windshield wiper motor continuously has internal electrical short/abs indicator continually comes loose and "backs out of relay block/ power windows/mirrors switch contacts backing off, causing "open circuits".
Windshield wiper motor failed two times.
