Tl-the contact owns 2011 kia Sportage. The contact stated that the transmission gear shift is stuck and will not move . The contact had to hit the gear shift button in order for it to work. The radio went bad and will not work. The key was stuck in the ignition. The contact had to hit the key with a screw driver in order for it to loosen up. No warning lights illuminated. My Sportage 2011 was stuck in 4th gear and did not shift back to first, so I drove straight to the dealership in 4th and now I dont have a substitute car since a whole week I know I gonna take for long. My car was 23k miles at the time.
