Tl- the contact owns a 2017 kia Sportage. The contact stated that while driving approximately 20-50 mph the rpms would suddenly rev very high causing the front wheels to spin and the vehicle speed to erroneously accelerate. The vehicle was taken to the local dutch miller kia of charleston (339 maccorkle Ave sw, south charlston wva. ) who reset the transmission sensors but the failure continued to occur.
