Was traveling 50mph when another vehicle made a left in front. Consumer's vehicle was "t"-boned by Discovery. At time of impact, neither air bag deployed. Vehicle at body shop. Insurance adjuster will be checking vehicle. Driver suffered back & knee injuries. Emergency room treatment for passenger.
