One problem related to fuses and circuit breaker has been reported for the 2000 Land Rover Discovery. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Horn goes off sometimes while driving and for no reason at all. It's been in shop 3 times. Problem could be duplicated at dealer. Dealer has taken fuse out. But when needed horn it wasn't there, thus becoming a risk to consumer and others.
