Brake Antilock Control Unit/module problems of the 2004 Land Rover Discovery

My 2004 Land Rover Discovery has had multiple problems with the abs-braking system. The vehicle brakes when hitting a bump. It appears Land Rover models have been recalled for the same problem in the past. Please refer to NHTSA campaign id number 04v005000. The vehicle is a hazard to me, my family, and other vehicles on the road. I would appreciate your attention in this matter as I'm concerned with everyon'ES well-being, especially mine.
