One problem related to fuel pump has been reported for the 1996 Land Rover Discovery I. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Contact states; Land Rover dealership are trying to get customer to pay out of pocket expense for replacing fuel pump because it is rusted. Recall on fuel tank. Must remove fuel pump to replace fuel tank. Dealership says they can not replace fuel tank without removing fuel pump. Customer has had contact with deal and dealership.
