The contact owns a 2008 Land Rover Lr2. The contact stated the fuel gauge would suddenly move to empty and he was unsure of how much fuel was in the fuel tank. The contact also stated that when adding gasoline to the fuel tank, fuel was pouring out of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed that the fuel line had split and it was replaced. In regards to the fuel gauge, the dealer replaced two sensors, water pump and another fuel line. The failure was triggered during cold weather. The mirrors also stopped moving when the contact shift in reverse. The mirrors were replaced. The air conditioner also stopped functioning and caused the vehicle to overheat and the fan was replaced. The VIN was unavailable. The current mileage was approximately 51,500. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
