The contact owns a 2008 Land Rover Lr2. While driving at approximately 50 mph, there was an abnormal humming noise coming from the rear of the vehicle without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear differential failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred numerous times.
