Vacuum pump failed causing no boost from the brake booster, complete loss of vacuum assistance in the braking system. This condition resulted in hard feel to the brake pedal. Vehicle braking was very difficult, vehicle ran through a red light before coming to a complete stop on a city street. (similar Land Rover recall #p052) no communication available with occupancy sensor control module, air bag light stuck on and apparently may or may not be working. My dealer is trying to make me pay for this repair. (similar Land Rover recall #p052).
While driving vehicle engine light, stability control, and airbag lights came on causing vehicle to go into "limp mode" with decreased power of engine. Due to the unexpected nature of the event, could have caused an accident with no capability of safety equipment to deploy (I. E airbags). This happened a few more times until vehicle in for repair. On first event, repair shop stated okay to drive as long as engine light was amber and not flashing. Vehicle remains at repair shop >30 days with no fix found as of this time.
