Failure of NHTSA campaign id number : 05v376000. Fuel tank recall. The fuel tank was replaced per recall but failure occurred. Vehicle would not start and several gallons of gas was dumped on the ground causing a fire hazard. Fire department responded. Fire department cleared vehicle to tow to dealer. Failure corrected - return gas hose from had become disconnected from fuel tank resulting in fuel spillage.
