Suspension problem #7

I had a 2006 Range Rover super charge with engine/transmission problem and coolant problems. This problem existed from 5,000 miles all the way to 64,000. I kept complaining and bringing the car back to the first place it broke down which was in georgia. I tried to take the truck to a service place in new jersey but was told I had to bring the car back to the first place where it was so called repaired! which to me was too far! after bringing the car and complaining to Land Rover corporate no one would help me and the transmission went on the car and the radiator which I was forced to pay for both even though I was still under warranty and the problem was never fixed for the whole time I had the vehicle! this created a hardship for me and it cost me over $15,000 which I paid and when I returned the vehicle I am now being sued for over $12,000 dollars which sounds crazy to me and the service manager who I complained about was later fired for not honoring warranties and being disrespectful! please help me! after researching this site I see that this is a on going problem with Range Rover!.
