1 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Failure Date: 08/01/2014

The contact owns a 2006 Land Rover Range Rover. While driving various speeds, the vehicle jerked, hesitated, and the fuel and temperature gauges displayed false information. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was invalid. The failure mileage was 59,000.

2 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Failure Date: 10/20/2006

I have owned two 2006 Range Rover hse. The first one Land Rover purchased back from me due to their failure to be able to fix the problem with the engine smoking and losing power. They told me at the time that my vehicle was the only one in north America to have this particular problem. It had around 13,000 miles on it when they purchased it back from me. The vehicle had been in the shop for one week the first time on a different problem and then when it went in for the smoking engine it was in the shop for about 5 weeks before they bought it back and at that time I purchased another 2006 Range Rover hse. My latest Range Rover is in the shop for the smoking engine and loss of power. I guess that I have the only two vehicles now in north America that are experiencing these issues, but I sincerely doubt it.
