2 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 12/05/2018

Brought my car for an urgent airbag safety recall matter solicited by Land Rover and the NHTSA described as a matter that "can cause serious injury or death". Scheduled appointment two weeks in advance and was assured orally and in writing that "if required (the business will) provide a loaner vehicle for free". I arrived on time to my appointment and was told that no loaners are available. I have scheduled several appointments for today basing on the fact that I will have a vehicle, I took time off from work and I invested time and money to drive to solon for the safety recall appointment. I would like to receive a written apology from mr ralph lombardi or whoever scheduled this appointment and wasted my time and money. And I would like to know how is this matter going to be remedied. Is there compensation for my aggravation? is there a consequence for this unprofessional business practice?.

8 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 07/29/2016

Takata recall. This has been in effect since last summer. Range rover has not made any attempt to remedy problem and I am driving around everyday with an eminent danger to me and my family. I have made numerous calls to dealership as well as Range Rover headquarters in NJ to no avail. I was treated rudely at the headquarters and told that there was nothing that could be done and no promise of remedy in the future. I think this is outrageous and should require your attention. I will take this to the media if I do not receive some kind of action.

12 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 10/01/2014

I have looked at blogs on the internet. This seems to be a recurring problem. The dashboard is now split on both sides of the passenger airbag. It cannot be repaired because it might affect the integrity of the airbag. This feels unsafe to me since I feel that the air bag could deploy at any time without impact.
