Seats problem

I have a 2013 Land Rover Range Rover supercharge. While driving at all speeds and I have a front passenger the vehicle light has come on advising the front passenger air bags are disabled. I have contacted Land Rover regarding a recall issues NHTSA campaign number: 15v093000 but they advised my VIN number does not apply to this recall, although it is the exact same issue. Picture attached was taken while driving 50 miles per hour with front passenger seated.
