Engine And Engine Cooling problem #5

On July 16th, 2021, this vehicle was purchased from frankel Range Rover as a certified 2017 Range Rover with 36k miles on it. The vehicle has always received maintenance on time and directly from the Range Rover dealership as scheduled. However, without warning signs, lights or indicators of any kind on January 31st, 2024 the car started making a strange noise and was immediately towed directly back to where it was purchased. The car has been at the dealership for over 3 weeks and unable to be diagnosed. Finally I get a call that the certified vehicle that I purchased less than 3 years with 36k miles on it and that I have driven less than 30k miles requires a new engine with only 63,700 miles on the odometer. This vehicle has a major issue if it requires a engine and had to be a lemon. The manufacturer is stating that a new engine will cost roughly $38,900. Please look into this because having me drive a lemon vehicle with no warning signs is a safety risk to not only my family but others. The problem as been inspected by the dealership and there were not any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, the problem began on January 31st, 2024.
