Right front passenger seat belt is not locking right away. It takes several tries for the seat belt to lock in place.
The car was in a stationary position on the garden state parkway (traffic related) when another car failed to brake and hit the Range Rover from behind going approximately 55 miles an hour. Upon impact, the driver of the Range Rover was propelled forward into the steering wheel causing face and head trauma. Driver was wearing a seat belt. After the accident, I tried to engage the seat belt into a locking position which it failed to do. I have called the dealer and Range Rover corp to discuss the issue. Range rover corp said there was no recall on my car and was not interested in discussing further. They were also not interested in viewing the car.
