I have had to have the rear tailgate repaired twice, first time the tailgate would not lift, this was in sept 2024, then the rear lower tailgate would not open it just jammed and the upper tailgate failed after repairin the lower costing me over $2000 in repairs for the 2nd repair. There is clearly an issue with the design when the rear lower tailgate would not open you could not lock the entire vehicle. This is a hazard.
