The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 mph on the highway, the brake pedal was applied but was slow to respond and the vehicle continued to accelerate. The contact crashed into the rear of a Ford f-150 which crashed into the rear of a Ford mustang. There were no warning indicator lights illuminated.
