The contact stated that while driving at approximately 35 mph the tires began to make a loud bumping noise. The contact stated that the steering wheel was vibrating. The contact drove the vehicle to an independent tire repair facility who diagnosed the tires were dry rotted. The tires were purchased in 2017. The tires were replacement tires and had not been replaced. The manufacturer was contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 99,000.
