The contact stated that she depressed the brake pedal and veered to the side of the road. The contact stated that she pressed the air suspension button and the vehicle raised slightly. The contact was able to drive to her destination 15 mph. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, where an unknown repair was completed. The vehicle was then towed to the used car dealer, where the battery was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnostic test and repair.
