The contact stated that the vehicle was able to be restarted after approximately 20 minutes. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the central junction box failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. Prior to the failure, the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the eco start button needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 15,000.
