Later I moved the car and a companion looked under the car and noticed gas streaming underneath when I started the car. This was dangerous situation and a large amount of gas. Had a spark occurred when I was working on the battery the explosion would have destroyed the car and injured anyone near. . . Recall n23 addresses the same issue defective fuel tank yet range rover customer service said the VIN is not listed on recall.
