On multiple occasions vehicle has been in reverse as indicated by gear shift and dash yet the vehicle has moved forward as if it were in drive instead. Reported to dealership and manufacturer without resolve.
Rear differential needed to be replaced with less then 40,000 miles. No extreme driving, mainly city driving. No lights or warnings, just a rubbing noise. Took it to a dealer and outside mechanic, both confirmed it needed to be replaced.
