The vehicle was sold to me with a two-inch deviation from oem wheel specification without disclosure. The safety consequences are documented. One tire failed within 48 hours of my taking possession. The remaining tires displayed visible sidewall ring damage indicating prior repeated flat incidents — conditions that should have been caught in any legitimate pre-sale inspection. Non-oem wheel specifications on a performance variant vehicle alter load ratings, handling characteristics, and brake caliper clearance tolerances in ways not apparent to a consumer.
